This is an announcement from the National Pension Scheme regarding its Exemption System.


The National Pension Scheme has a system of payment exemption for people who have difficulty paying insurance payments because of their low income.

This system covers 2 types of exemptions.
Type 1: Full-Exemption, in which the full amount of the insurance payments is exempted.
Type 2: Half-Exemption, in which half of the amount of the insurance payments is paid and the remaining half is exempted.

However, since exemptions begin only from the month prior to when an application is made, please bring your Pension Handbook immediately to the ward office or branch office of the ward in which you live and make your application.

If you have received an exemption until June and wish to extend the exemption, you must make your application for an extension or renewal before Tuesday, August 31.
